Chroma Wellness works with a growing number of insurance providers and is happy to assist you in navigating your benefits.

While we will work directly with your insurance company whenever possible, coverage for services at Chroma Wellness cannot be guaranteed, as benefits vary by plan, provider, and level of care.

What We Offer

How do I verify my benefits?
Call 720-410-5569 or contact us with your member ID and insurance card. We’ll confirm eligibility, copays, deductible, coinsurance, and telehealth coverage.
You can self-pay and use a superbill to request out-of-network reimbursement. We provide the documentation and explain your options.
