Meet the Host
Whitney is the Director of National Business Development at Chroma Wellness Center, an LGBTQIA+ advocate, and the host of Chroma Conversations. Her work connects people and providers with affirming mental health and substance use treatment while bringing greater visibility to the importance of identity-informed care.
As a queer woman, wife, mother of two, and singer-songwriter known as Whitney Layne, Whitney brings warmth, curiosity, and lived experience to every conversation. Her own journey through faith, identity, and belonging informs her belief that every person deserves to be fully seen before they’re expected to heal. Through Chroma Conversations, she creates space for honest stories, thoughtful questions, and meaningful connection.
